Terms of Service

Membership is open to individuals who support the objectives of Vanniyar Sangam. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

Membership IDs are issued at our discretion and remain the property of Vanniyar Sangam. Misuse of a membership ID or card may result in suspension.

We offer Free membership and optional Patron memberships from ₹300 to ₹20,000 per month — you choose your contribution and the corresponding honour tier. Patron memberships are billed monthly through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. Existing lifetime members retain their standing permanently.

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Membership contributions support community welfare activities and are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for genuine errors (such as duplicate payments) may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, not to misrepresent your identity, and not to use your membership to harass, defraud or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that violate these terms.

Your digital ID card is issued for identification within community programs. It does not constitute a government-issued identity document. The QR verification page confirms only membership authenticity.

Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanniyar Sangam shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
